Scope of this site

This is an information and contact site. Nothing is sold online here: no orders are taken and no payment is collected — the payment layer is deliberately switched off. Card details are never requested at any step; a page asking for card details is not ours.

The models, dimensions, material lists and images shown here are informational and pre-contractual. The only binding document is the written contract signed between the parties, together with its annexes.

Where a price appears, it may change with current costs, site conditions and project scope. Publication on this site is not an offer in the binding sense; a quotation is issued separately and in writing upon your request.

• Images carrying a "Concept" badge show a design idea, not a completed building.
• Delivery times and permit, zoning and ground-survey processes depend on the project and on administrative approvals; the general figures on this site are not undertakings.
• There is no buy button, basket or online contract acceptance on this site.

Accuracy of content and limits of liability

We take reasonable care to keep the content current and accurate. Even so, technical specifications, material supply and regulation can change; before a critical decision, please confirm with us that a given figure is still current.

We do not claim a document, certificate or award we do not hold. When asked whether a document exists, we either share it or state plainly that we do not have it.

We do not undertake that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect loss arising from use of the site. Your rights under consumer legislation are reserved and cannot be restricted by this notice.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, photographs, drawings, plan images, logo and interface design on this site are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation. Unless stated otherwise, the rights holder is the business named in the company details.

Reasonable quotation with attribution is permitted. Copying the whole or a substantial part of the content, republishing it commercially, or using the model names or the logo without permission requires prior written consent.

The production photographs come from the company's own archive; presenting these site and workshop records as someone else's work also constitutes unfair competition.

Third-party content and links

The site uses no third-party advertising network, visitor analytics, embedded map or content delivery network. The only external component WE add to the pages is the bot-protection verification tool on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile).

One exception comes from our infrastructure provider, and we record it here for transparency. Cloudflare inserts its own bot-detection script into the pages at its edge, to tell automated traffic from human traffic. That script is not part of our code, is served from our own domain, and runs on pages that have no contact form — including these legal pages. The same flow also tries to load Cloudflare's own measurement component; the site's content security policy blocks that load, so no data reaches that address.

Clicking a phone, WhatsApp or email link hands you over to the corresponding app on your device. From that point the terms and privacy policy of that provider apply; this notice covers only this site.

Environmental and building claims

Terms such as "ecological", "breathing wall" and "natural material" describe the building method and materials used; they are not a declaration of a formal green-building certificate. Should such a certificate be obtained, it will be announced separately with its document number.

Figures for thermal, humidity and energy performance depend on the climate where the project is built, on detailing and on workmanship. Values given as general information are not guaranteed for any individual building.

Enquiries, complaints and disputes

Any request or complaint can be brought to us directly first. You can send your request to info@naturalholistichouses.com or through the contact form on this site. Enquiries are recorded and answered in writing.

For disputes arising from consumer transactions, Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection gives jurisdiction to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts, depending on the monetary threshold. A consumer's right to apply to the arbitration committee at their own place of residence cannot be restricted by this notice.

Turkish law applies to disputes outside consumer transactions. For visitors resident in the European Union, mandatory consumer provisions of their own country are reserved.
